Concrete garage floors in Waterdown
The phrase covers two quite different pieces of work in Waterdown, and pricing them the same way is how people end up disappointed.

Retrofitting a hoist footing means cutting a hole in a floor that was finished and cured, which nobody enjoys paying for twice.
A shop that gets washed down needs drainage designed in, with a trench drain and a discharge point. On an unserviced property that discharge point has one more constraint than usual: it cannot be the septic bed and it cannot run toward the well.
Coatings work well on a sound slab and make salt, oil and hydraulic fluid far easier to deal with. They need moisture testing first. A coating over concrete still pushing vapour upward will lift from below, and no amount of surface preparation prevents it.
