Nothing is quoted off a photo or a phone description, because the things that move a price on this kind of work, access, existing substrate, grade, what is behind a wall, are not visible in either.

The quote that follows is itemised by stage, so you can see what the demolition, the materials and the finish work each cost rather than one number at the bottom.
