Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we collect your name, phone number or email address, the city and service you selected, and the message you write. We ask for this only to prepare and send you a quote and to follow up about the project.

Like most websites, we also collect basic usage data automatically: which pages you visit, how you arrived (referring page), your general device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This does not include your name, phone number, or email unless you submit the form.

How we use it

Quote requests are used to respond to you, and only to respond to you -- they are not added to a marketing list. Usage data is used in aggregate to understand which pages and service areas are useful to visitors, and to keep the site fast and working.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses PostHog for product analytics (page views and interactions, routed through our own domain rather than a third-party one) and Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate performance and traffic reporting. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load the analytics script for you at all.

We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and we do not sell or rent visitor data to anyone.

Who we share information with

Quote request details are delivered to our team by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, solely so we can read and respond to the request. We do not share your contact details with any other third party.

Data retention

We keep quote request correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to manage the relationship and meet our own legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. Aggregate usage analytics are retained on a rolling basis and are not tied back to your name or contact details.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
