What we build into every commercial concrete job
Commercial flatwork is priced and engineered differently from residential jobs, which is what the photos in this gallery are meant to show: parking areas and lots, loading docks, warehouse floors, and commercial entrances built to handle daily heavy vehicle and foot traffic rather than a single family's car and driveway.
The base preparation underneath is engineered to the specific loads the site expects, whether that means forklift traffic in a warehouse or delivery trucks backing into a loading zone, with reinforcement and joint spacing sized accordingly rather than using a standard residential layout. Every commercial project is quoted per site rather than a flat per-square-foot rate, since scope varies enormously between a small retail entrance and a full parking lot, and timelines are project-based for the same reason. What these photos have in common is scale and finish consistency across a much larger pour than a typical driveway or patio, along with the site logistics of pouring around an active business that residential jobs rarely require.
